Goods will be imported into Singapore and will be stored in a Free Trade Zone (FTZ). I intend to re-export once the details are ready. What permit should I apply? The goods are controlled.
You should obtain an In-Non-Payment "Storage in FTZ" permit to store the goods in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) or move the goods from one FTZ to another FTZ for storage, pending re-export. For the subsequent re-export of the goods stored in FTZ to overseas, you should obtain an Out "Direct" permit.
If your goods are controlled, you are advised to check with the relevant Competent Authority to obtain proper authorisation and any additional licensing requirements before the goods are imported into Singapore.
