I have declared to the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) that cargo operations were conducted. Do I need to submit Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS)?
For inward shipments, you should submit the Manifest Reconciliation Statement (MRS) to Singapore Customs within 17 days of the vessel’s arrival.
For outward shipments, you should submit the MRS to Singapore Customs within 14 days of the vessel’s departure.
For example, if vessel "Alpha" arrives on 1 Jan 2015, you should submit the MRS by 17 Jan 2015.
If another vessel "Omega" departs on 1 Jan 2015, you should submit the MRS by 14 Jan 2015.
