I am importing live animals into Singapore for re-export to a third country on the same day. Is the In-Non-Payment "Re-Export" permit applicable?

You are not allowed to obtain an In-Non-Payment "Re-Export" permit to account for the movement as live animals are subject to export control by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board (NParks).

Please obtain the In-Non-Payment "Storage in FTZ" and OUT "Direct" permits to account for the movement of the controlled goods.
