If your containerised transhipment cargo is scheduled to move from Keppel Free Trade Zone (FTZ) to Loyang Offshore Base (LOB), you should proceed directly to LOB within 24 hours of leaving the first Singapore Customs checkpoint, and present the container and relevant supporting documents to the security personnel at LOB.
