If you do not have a Singpass account, you can either: (i) register online at https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/register/instructions for your account here. (ii) set up for the account in any one of the ServiceSG Centres (https://www.psd.gov.sg/servicesg/)

Note: Ensure the address on your NRIC or FIN is correct. To update/change address, go to https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/ic/update_residential_address
