I am from a landscaping company in Singapore. I would like to enquire if there are any available courses that can lower foreign worker levy upon completion of the course?

Level 2 Technician certification caters to Work Permit Holders (WPHs) and qualifies for higher-skilled (R1) worker levy for companies under the Landscape, Construction services Growing Nursery Products sector (refer to MOM website - https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits/work-permit-for-foreign-worker/foreign-worker-levy/skilled-worker-levy).
There are 2 pathways to complete:
a) Higher Certificate in Landscape (Arboriculture / Horticulture and Turf Maintenance / Nursery) - certification which is the course pathway (training+ assessment); or
b) Assessment Only Pathway (AOP) - direct assessment without undergoing training at CUGE. AOP is to validate the competencies of experienced landscape workforce, proficient with handling equipment and machineries in their course of work.
Apply to lower levy or for foreign worker/ in-service landscape workers with the relevant knowledge and skills. More info on AOP at link: https://cugetms.nparks.gov.sg/Home/StaticPage/4f9b340f-2002-ef11-9f89-0022485a3964
