Why did I receive an error message when trying to redeem Healthpoints for MediShield Life premium discounts?

Updated by CPF
To redeem Healthpoints for MediShield Life (MSHL) premium discounts, you must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident covered under MediShield Life or an Integrated Shield Plan, and aged 40 and above. You could be ineligible due to the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

1. You have been granted suspension of MSHL premium collection; or
2. You are a new Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident whose MSHL cover is still being issued.

For members who are assessed as eligible for Additional Premium Support (APS) or on the Fixed Amount on Ward (FAW) and Co-payment on Ward (CPW) Pensioner schemes, redemption of Healthpoints for MSHL premium discounts is not applicable as you are not required to pay MSHL premiums.

If your premiums are fully covered by APS or FAW or CPW Pensioner schemes, you can redeem your Healthpoints for other rewards such as grocery vouchers, transport credits, or lifestyle benefits instead.
