Your loved one can appoint you as their Trusted Contact via the Add or remove Trusted Contact

e-form. They will need to login with their Singpass when they begin the e-form. 

 

To be a Trusted Contact, you must:

• Be a CPF member aged 21 or above; and
• Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (with Singpass account); and
• Have both a Singapore-registered mobile number and email address registered with CPF Board.
