The person you are trying to appoint as your Trusted Contact is not eligible to use the service.

Your Trusted Contact must:

Be a CPF member aged 21 and above

Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

Have both a Singapore-registered mobile number and email address registered with CPF Board

Please consider appointing a different person as your Trusted Contact instead.
