Why should I appoint a Trusted Contact?

Updated by CPF
Anyone can fall prey to scams or have their personal devices compromised by malicious software. When life gets busy, it becomes easy to overlook suspicious interactions.

By receiving a copy of your transaction notifications, your Trusted Contact provides an additional layer of scrutiny for your CPF transactions. Your Trusted Contact can spot unusual or unexpected activities that you might miss and alert you promptly, allowing for early intervention to potentially mitigate losses.

Please refer to the list of notifications that are copied to your Trusted Contact to see what information they can view.
