You may submit claims for CareShield Life or ElderShield with Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), and your Supplement plan with private insurers. 
 
Contact your private insurer directly for claims process and payouts details:
  • Singlife: 6827 9933
  • Great Eastern: 1800 248 2888
  • Income Insurance: 6788 1777
