To check the types of CareShield Life (CSHL) and ElderShield (ESH) supplement plans you have purchased, please contact your insurer directly or log in to your insurer's web portal.

If you are unsure which insurer you are with, you can log in to your Healthcare dashboard using your Singpass to view your supplement plan insurer. Your dependants will need to log in to their own Healthcare dashboard to view their supplement plan insurer.
