Can I change the bank account to pay for my MediShield Life and/or CareShield Life/ElderShield premiums?

Yes. You will need to submit a new GIRO application with the new bank account details. The new application will generally be processed within 21 working days. We will continue to deduct your healthcare premiums from the current bank account until the new GIRO application is approved.
