How do I apply for GIRO for my/my dependant's MediShield Life, CareShield Life and ElderShield premiums?
You can use your own or a third party's bank account to apply for GIRO for your/your dependant's MediShield Life, CareShield Life and ElderShield premiums by clicking on Set up GIRO for healthcare premiums.
Upon approval of your GIRO application, your healthcare renewal premiums will be deducted from your bank account every year, within a month after the cover is renewed. If you/your dependant has outstanding healthcare premiums, it will be paid in monthly instalments from the GIRO bank account.
