My GIRO deduction for MediSave contributions has been stopped due to two unsuccessful deductions. How do I reinstate my GIRO deductions using my existing bank account registered with the Board?
To reinstate your MediSave GIRO deduction using your existing bank account, you can submit the “Reinstate GIRO deductions for MediSave contributions” form within 14 days from our notification. If we do not receive your application by the deadline, your current instalment plan will be terminated.
Your monthly deductions will resume once your application to reinstate your MediSave GIRO deductions has been processed. To avoid future interruption, please maintain sufficient funds in your bank account for the deductions.
