I have redeemed my Healthpoints on the Healthy 365 app for MediShield Life premium discounts. Can I use it to pay for my dependant’s MediShield Life or Integrated Shield Plan premiums?
The premium discounts you earn are designated for your own personal MediShield Life (MSHL) premiums and cannot be used to pay for your dependant’s MSHL or Integrated Shield Plan premiums.
Similarly, the premium discounts redeemed by your family members can only be applied to their respective MSHL premiums, regardless of who their premium payer is.
