Why is there a difference between the premium discounts shown on my MediShield Life/ Integrated Shield Plan Premium Notice Letter and the amount I redeemed?
The premium discount shown on the Premium Notice Letter reflects the amount you had redeemed as of the letter printing date. If you had redeemed more premium discounts after receiving the Premium Notice Letter, these will be reflected in your Healthcare Dashboard. Please log in for more details.
