How do I update my bank account details for my CareShield Life/ElderShield/MediSave Care payouts?
You can log in to AIC’s eService portal (eFASS) with your Singpass on and go to “Manage My Schemes” > “Change in Scheme Details” to update your bank account information for CareShield Life/ElderShield/MediSave Care claim payouts.
If you are updating the bank account on behalf of a care recipient who lacks mental capacity, you will need to submit a Mental Incapacity Certification if you have not already done so. For more details, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on AIC’s website.
