When will the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) be expanded to cover more members with certain pre-existing health conditions to obtain HPS coverage at a higher premium rate (i.e. with premium loading)?
From 26 May 2025, the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) expands to cover members with certain pre-existing health conditions that are not so severe, such as certain types of stroke and heart disorder, who are currently not offered coverage. CPF Board will assess each application and offer eligible members an HPS cover with premium loading.
