Do I need to attach the employee/platform worker/insured's hardcopy healthcare payments and claims statement for the submission of MediSave/MediShield Life reimbursement?
CPF Board does not require any documents from employers/platform operators/insurers to process the MediSave/MediShield Life reimbursement.
You should not request for hardcopy healthcare payments and claims statement from your employee/platform worker/insured. Employers/platform operators/insurers should accept digital copy of the healthcare payments and claims statement from your employee/platform worker/insured if it is required.
