Why is there a need to fill in the policy number and claim number of my employee/platform worker/insured in the E-File excel file for the MediSave/MediShield Life Internet Reimbursement?
The policy number and claim number fields were added in response to companies’ requests to track their MediSave/MediShield Life Internet Reimbursement submissions and correlate with their records. These two fields are not compulsory.
