Opt-in Status Query

For platform workers born before 1995, their CPF contribution rates depend on platform workers’ opt-in status. You will need to check your platform workers’ latest opt-in status before calculating their CPF contributions.

The monthly query with CPF Board via Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) will inform you of the latest opt-in status of your platform workers. There is no need to include platform workers born in or after 1995 in the query, as it is mandatory for them to make the increased CPF contributions.
