There is no limit on the CPF transfers if so ordered by the Court. It is up to the Court to decide on the division of CPF savings and how much your ex-spouse's entitlement is.

 

Before the Court grants the court order, you should ensure that the Court is kept informed of any changes to the amount of CPF savings available for division or any planned utilisation of your CPF savings (e.g. deductions for housing payments) that would affect the division of the same.
