What happens if my CPF savings are not enough to fulfil my ex-spouse's entitlement as required in the court order?
If your CPF savings are not enough to fulfil your ex-spouse’s entitlement as required in the court order, the Board can only effect the transfer or make the payment based on the available balances in your CPF account(s) as at date of transfer or payment.
You and your ex-spouse may wish to settle the shortfall amount privately or seek legal advice on the remedies available.
