How will CPF savings be distributed under the intestacy laws?

Member's CPF savings will be transferred to the Public Trustee's Office for distribution in accordance with the Intestate Succession Act (Cap 146) if he did not make a CPF nomination.
 
For a Muslim member, his CPF savings will be distributed in accordance with the Inheritance Certificate. His family can obtain the certificate from the Syariah Court, Family Link @ Lengkok Bahru, 8 Lengkok Bahru, #03-01, Singapore 159052.
