I intend to visit a clinic/hospital. How do I know if I can use MediShield Life coverage in that clinic/hospital?
You can refer to this list of medical institutions participating in MediShield Life.
To make a claim, please inform the staff handling your hospital admission or outpatient treatment that you wish to do so. The staff will submit your claim for you after your authorisation.
