There is no minimum balance you need to set aside in your MediSave Account. Part of your CPF contributions will be allocated to your MA until your balance reaches the Basic Healthcare Sum (BHS).

 

The BHS is the estimated savings you need in your MediSave Account for your basic subsidised healthcare needs in old age. It is the maximum amount you can have in your MediSave Account.
