How do I submit my court order online?

You can submit your court orders for the division of CPF assets in divorce via my cpf Online Services ‘Submit Court Order for Division of CPF Assets in Divorce’.

For Members:

Scan or click the QR code, login with your Singpass, and complete the form accordingly:

Alternatively, you may submit the court order(s) using the following steps:

  1. At CPF website, login with your Singpass for my cpf Online Services
  2. Click on "My Requests" > "Other CPF Matters" > "Submit Court Order for Division of Matrimonial Assets"
  3. Complete the form accordingly

For Business Partners and Legal Aid Bureau (LAB):

If your lawyer or LAB is submitting your court order(s), they may scan or click the QR code, login with their Singpass, and complete the form:

Alternatively, they may submit the court order(s) using the following steps:

  1. At CPF website, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Business partners"
  2. Under “Business Partners Portal”, click on “Log in”
  3. Log in with Singpass
  4. Click on "Submit Court Order for Division of Matrimonial Assets"
  5. Complete the form accordingly

Note: If you, your ex-spouse or your lawyers cannot submit the court order(s) via our online service, you may make an appointment at our CPF Bishan Service Centre via Appointment@CPF for our Customer Service Executive to assist you with the submission. Please bring a copy of your court orders along with your identification document.
