Upon receipt of your court order, the Board will generally take two to three weeks to give effect to the court order. As court orders differ in complexity, the CPF Board will need to review the relevant orders and will keep the lawyers and parties informed on the progress of the matter.

We will upload the replies to you and your ex-spouse via your registered email address in our record or My Mailbox for members, and for law firms and the Legal Aid Bureau via My mailbox for business partners. An SMS or email notification will be sent to the My Mailbox recipient's mobile number or email address in our record.
