Which court orders are required to be submitted to the CPF Board for the purpose of division of CPF assets in a divorce?

Please submit the court order to the Board if the CPF-related orders pertain to the following:

1. Transfer of property with zero or partial CPF refunds to the outgoing owner; or

2. Division of other (i.e. non-property) CPF-related matrimonial assets such as transfer of CPF savings from Member A to Member B or payment (charging) of Member A’s CPF savings to Member B; or

3. Division of property (with full, partial or zero CPF refunds) and other (i.e. non-property) CPF assets. 

Please refer to Annex B (PDF, 522KB) for examples of court orders that are required to be submitted to the CPF Board.
