How do I suspend or terminate a Corppass user’s account?

To terminate a Corppass account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Corppass Portal.

  2. Navigate to Users > Manage Users.

  3. Select the individual user or multiple user accounts for which you want to change the user status.

  4. Click the ‘Change user status’ tab to edit their access.

  5. You can update the status to either ‘Suspended’ or ‘Terminated’, then set the effective date, expiry date and provide a reason for the status change.

  6. Save the changes.


Note: You cannot change the status of multiple users with different statuses at the same time (e.g., one suspended and one active account). Please ensure the selected users have the same status.
