Can I change the account type of Corppass accounts?

Yes, you can change the Account Type of Corppass accounts.

  1. To Change Account Type:

    • Log in to the Corppass Portal.

    • Navigate to Users > Manage Users.

    • Click on the user’s name.

    • Under the Profile tab, go to Account Details and select Change Account Type.

  2. Only Admins and Sub-Admins can change the account type

    • Admins can change the Account Type for:

      • Sub-Admins

      • Enquiry Users &

      • Users

    • Sub-Admins can change the Account Type for:

      • Enquiry User

      • Users
