Can I change the account type of Corppass accounts?
Yes, you can change the Account Type of Corppass accounts.
To Change Account Type:
Log in to the Corppass Portal.
Navigate to Users > Manage Users.
Click on the user’s name.
Under the Profile tab, go to Account Details and select Change Account Type.
Only Admins and Sub-Admins can change the account type
Admins can change the Account Type for:
Sub-Admins
Enquiry Users &
Users
Sub-Admins can change the Account Type for:
Enquiry User
