How do I set up Sub-Admins for my entity?

To set up Sub-Admins for your entity in Corppass, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Corppass Portal

  2. Create a User Account:

    • Navigate to Users > Manage Users > Create User Account.

    • Enter the required details for the new Sub-Admin, including their ID, email, and role.

  3. Assign e-Services:

    • Navigate to e-Service > Assign Selected e-Services.

    • Assign the appropriate e-Service role and permission to the new Sub-Admin for the digital service(s) they need to access.
