I think my Corppass account may have been hacked or breached, what should I do?

If you suspect that your Corppass account has been compromised, we strongly advise you to take the following steps:


  1. Reset your password using Singpass Face Verification

  2. Log in to Singpass using your new password, followed by Singpass Face Verification

  3. Select “My account” > “Update profile” to update your mobile number and email address

  4. Reinstall the Singpass app on your device. This ensures that only you have access to your Singpass app.


You can also choose to suspend your Singpass account through these steps.
