I am the liquidator of a company undergoing liquidation, and need to appoint a new Corppass Admin (or appoint myself as the Corppass Admin). What should I do?
As the liquidator of a company in liquidation, follow these steps to appoint a new Corppass Admin (or appoint yourself).
If the entity has a maximum of two Corppass Admins, request the Registered Officers (ROs) of the liquidated entity to terminate the current Corppass Admin accounts. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to the current Corppass Admins and ask them to terminate their accounts.
To check who the Corppass Admin(s) are for the entity, visit Corppass's Portal > Services > Find your Corppass Admin.
If you wish to register as the Corppass Admin yourself, please refer to this FAQ for detailed instructions.
In case it is not feasible for you to go through the online application route, write to Corppass Support with the following supporting documents:
Court Order with Access Code showing that the entity is in liquidation (for mandatory liquidation cases), or ACRA Business Profile showing that the entity is in liquidation and liquidator's name (for voluntary liquidation cases)
Identity doc that matches the name(s) found on the above documents
