How do I terminate my account?
To terminate your Corppass account, follow these steps:
Visit the Corppass Portal
Navigate to Services > Manage accounts > Terminate Accounts
Log in with Singpass.
You will see a list of all accounts under your name. Select the account you wish to terminate and click 'Terminate'. You can also search for your account by entering the UEN/Entity ID.
Enter the reason for termination and click the 'Terminate' button.
Note:
You can only terminate accounts individually
If you are the last Corppass Admin for the entity, you will receive a warning. Please inform your Registered Officer (RO) to appoint a new admin within 30 days if you proceed with terminating your account. If no admins are appointed within 30 days, the entity risks suspension.
