Can I track the transactions conducted by my users in Corppass?
Yes, Corppass Admins can track the transaction history of Corppass accounts and admins within the entity. To view the transaction history:
Log in to the Corppass Portal.
Navigate to Users > Manage Users.
Select the account you wish to view.
Click on the Transaction History tab.
The Transaction History may include, but is not limited to:
When the account was logged into Corppass Portal
When the account was logged into a digital service
When the account was created or activated
When the Admin has created new users on Corppass Portal
When the Admin has selected digital services for the entity
When the Admin has assigned digital services access
