By default, all Sub-Admins can manage and assign the entity's digital services to users. However, you can control these rights through the Sub-Admins Assignment Profile.

This feature allows Corppass Admins to restrict the digital services that each Sub-Admins can manage and assign, which is useful for companies with departmental segregation.

To set up and manage assignment profiles:

1. Log in to the Corppass Portal.

2. Navigate to Advance > View Assignment Profile:

   • Select the Sub-Admin for whom you want to set up or modify the assignment profile.

3. Edit Assignment Profile:

   • Select 'Restrict Sub-Admin Access' and Save

     
     

Please note: Sub-Admins with restricted access will not be able to:

• Manage and assign digital services outside their Assignment Profile.

• Manage users' access to digital services outside their Assignment Profile.

• Authorise and manage Third Party Entities.

• Manage and assign Client Digital Services.
