How can I control the digital service management rights of Sub-Admins?
By default, all Sub-Admins can manage and assign the entity's digital services to users. However, you can control these rights through the Sub-Admins Assignment Profile.
This feature allows Corppass Admins to restrict the digital services that each Sub-Admins can manage and assign, which is useful for companies with departmental segregation.
To set up and manage assignment profiles:
Log in to the Corppass Portal.
Navigate to Advance > View Assignment Profile:
Select the Sub-Admin for whom you want to set up or modify the assignment profile.
Edit Assignment Profile:
Select 'Restrict Sub-Admin Access' and Save
Please note: Sub-Admins with restricted access will not be able to:
Manage and assign digital services outside their Assignment Profile.
Manage users' access to digital services outside their Assignment Profile.
Authorise and manage Third Party Entities.
Manage and assign Client Digital Services.
