If users with active Corppass accounts are unable to access digital services, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Verify Digital Service Assignment:
- Log in to the Corppass Portal.
- Go to e-Service on the menu bar.
- Select Entity's e-Services and choose the digital services your entity transacts with. If the e-Service is already selected and there is no checkbox available, you can skip this step.
- You can search for specific digital services by name or filter by agency.
Assign Digital Services:
- Search and select the user(s) who need access.
- From the list of your entity’s digital services, choose the specific services to assign to the selected users.
Sub-Admin Access:
- Note that Sub-Admins with restricted access can only set up and assign digital services within their Assignment Profile.
Additional Details:
- After assigning digital service access, some digital services might require additional details to be provided for full functionality.
