How do I manage Client Digital Service Access for Users?

To manage Client Digital Service access for users, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Corppass Portal.

  2. Navigate to Users > Manage Users.

  3. Select the user whose access you want to manage.

  4. Go to the Assigned Client e-Services tab to see the user’s current access to Client digital services.

  5. Click the Add Client e-Service Access button, to assign additional Client digital service(s).

  6. To remove a Client digital service from the user, select the digital service and click Remove Client e-Service Access.
