How do I manage Client e-Service Groups?

To manage a Client e-Service Group, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Corppass Portal.

  2. Navigate to Third Party > Manage Client e-Service Groups.

  3. Select the Client e-Service Group you wish to manage.

  4. Under the Group Details tab, make the necessary changes to the Group Name and Group Description, then click Save to confirm your edits.

  5. To delete a Client e-Service Group, select the relevant Group(s) from the list and click Remove Client e-Service Group(s) button.
