How do I assign/authorise digital services to users?

To assign digital services to specific users, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Corppass Portal.

  2. Navigate to e-Service > Assign Selected e-Services.
    Ensure you have selected the e-Service(s) for your entity before assigning them to user account(s).

  3. Choose the Corppass user accounts from your entity that you wish to assign the services to.

  4. Select the specific e-Service(s) you want to assign from your entity’s pre-selected list.

  5. Set the authorisation effective and expiry date for the assigned e-Services.

  6. If the assigned e-Services require further information to complete the setup, contact the relevant agency for assistance.

  7. Verify and submit: Review the assignments and submit the changes.
