Can parents/teachers tap on the MOE Device Bulk Tender and purchase an additional device for the younger sibling in primary school or as a laptop for home usage?

Devices purchased through the MOE Bulk Tender are intended for learning in school and not for personal use. Each student is only allowed to purchase one device as the purchase is tied to the student's individual edusave accounts.
