Are there GAT and general academic selection tests (as in the past) for the CHS DSA?

No. There is no GAT or general academic selection tests for CHS DSA process. This has been the case since 2017. However, specific DSA category may have its own selection test for talent area, e.g. leadership interview rounds, sports trial, music audition.
