The national company registration details, or the company's business registration profile must meet the requirements below:

i.      be dated within 3 months from the intended date of execution of the IDERA/CDCL application,

   ii.      show the current list of key appointment holders or directors of the company, and

  iii.      issued by the official company registry in the company’s country of incorporation.
