I want to register an aircraft in Singapore with CAAS. What information and documentation do I need to provide?

Updated by CAAS
  1. Applicants will need to provide the following through eSOMS:

    a. Details of the individual and organisation

    b. Details of the aircraft operator

    c. Details of the aircraft and engines

    d. Aircraft flight manual

    e. Lease or purchase agreement of the aircraft

    f. Proof of cancellation of foreign registration or, for a new aircraft, proof that the aircraft has never been registered elsewhere

    g. Letter of authorisation for the applicant to act on behalf of the organisation to register aircraft

    h. Supporting documents in relation to the reduced vertical separation minima (RVSM) operation of the aircraft (for e.g. MAAR F2 Form – Record of Approval to Operate in RVSM Airspace)

  2. The list of the required information and documents can also be found in the eSOMS application for an initial Certificate of Registration for the aircraft. Please note that CAAS officers may require other document(s) or report(s) during the review to support the application.
