How do I sign up for an account in Learn@SAA?
Individual learners (with iSAA account)
If you have an iSAA account (active as of 30 May 2025), your account has been migrated to Learn@SAA. Please look out for the reactivation email from Learn@SAA with the subject “Welcome to Learn@SAA – Set Up Your Account”. From there, you can create a new password before you log in using your User ID (i.e. email address). Please note that the activation link will expire in 3 calendar days after the date of the reactivation email. If the link has expired, you may use the Forget Password feature to create a new password.
Once you have set up your account, you should use your User ID (i.e. email address) to access Learn@SAA.
For Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, you will not be able to use Singpass to log in to this account. If you separately sign up for an account using Singpass, it will be recognised as a new account.
Individual learners (new users)
You may sign up for a Learner account at Learn@SAA. For Singapore Ctizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, you may sign up with your Singpass account where some of the fields will be pre-populated. Do note that if you sign up using Singpass, you will also have to use Singpass to log in to the account.
For all other users, you will need to complete the account application using an email address as your User ID.
After you have signed up for a Learn@SAA account, you will then receive an email containing instructions on account activation.
