What should I do if my unmanned aircraft (UA) or B-RID module is not listed in the list of UA models and B-RID modules?

Updated by CAAS

If your UA or B-RID module is not listed, you have two options:

Option A: Contact your manufacturer

Contact your UA or B-RID module manufacturer and ask them to confirm if their product meets CAAS requirements as per ‘ASD-STAN EN 4709-002’, and have activated the B-RID functionality for usage in Singapore.

Request them to submit a conformity declaration to CAAS at https://go.gov.sg/brid-declaration.

Please note that this will involve processing and validation of the declaration of conformity before the UA or B-RID module is updated in the list.

Option B: Buy a compliant B-RID module

Choose a B-RID module from the approved CAAS list (hyperlink to: https://go.gov.sg/brid-products).

Attach it to your UA according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Your UA will now be compliant for outdoor flights.
