Which Medical Assessment Class (MAC) should I apply for?

There are 3 MACs. The required MAC for the respective licences are as follows:

1) Class 1 - for Airline Transport Pilot Licence (aeroplanes, helicopters and gyroplanes), Commercial Pilot Licence (aeroplanes, helicopters, gyroplanes and airships), Multi-crew Pilot Licence (aeroplanes), Private Pilot Licence (PPL) with Instrument Rating

2) Class 2 - for Private Pilot Licence (aeroplanes, helicopters and gyroplanes, balloons and airships), Student Pilot Licence & Commercial Pilot Licence  (balloons and gliders); 

3) Class 3 - for Air Traffic Controllers
